Wedding Videography Kept Simple

I’ve recently skilled myself up in the art of capturing snippets of your day on film, and compiling them into a Highlights Video, whislt also capturing the still images you would expect.

My 10 years of experience in this industry has tought me that with shrinking attention spans, less is quite possibly more when it comes to film. The days of sitting down to a VHS Cassette (yes, I’m that old) of an hour and a half of every part of the wedding ceremony, and reception are long gone.

A wedding day can easily be squeezed into less than 5mins of Highlights. Perfect for social media and sharing with friends ands family. My cameras are just as brilliant at capturing video as still images, and so I now plan to utilise them to the fullest.

This option does require the addition of the Second Photographer Option though as split second moments such as First Kiss, Confetti Throw and Dress Reveals will need to be snapped as stills as well!

Option 2 - Full Videography

If you’d prefer a more traditional stand alone Videographer for the day, my good buddy Michael and I have worked together now for over 8 years, initially as my Second Photographer from 2015 but in 2018 he developed his videography skills based on the style of photography he developed working alongside me as a photographer at over 50 weddings together. This means you get a seamless Creative Team working in harmonic tandem, producing video and image galleries that tell your wedding story in the same photo journalistic way. He also never tires of pulled pork in a brioche bap.

Michael can be added to my standard day package for a full day for only £1350 (a £250 saving on his usual £1600 price) but he has limited availability so please enquire first. He will capture both groom and bride prep (venues/travel permitting) right through until late into the evening at the after party. You will get a 1min Teaser Video, the Main Film (5-7 mins), full ceremony and speeches footage plus Drone Footage (weather and venue permitting).
