Amelia and George are an astute couple, and diligently planned their wedding for the hottest day of the year! Luckily the confines of St Albans Cathedral provided much cool shade for the wedding party during a beautiful service in one of Hertfordshire's most ornate buildings.
It all started for Amelia and George nearly 7 years ago when they met in sixth form, a couple of friends of Amelia's heard about a house party one of the boys were having and invited her along ... so she accepted and essentially gate crashed the party. After a few too many J20's (her mother may be reading) the entire party moved towards the pool and before she knew it George had pulled her into the pool fully dressed, (apparently his way of flirting). Somewhere along the way though Amelia fell for his boyish charm. Fast forward 6 years and they were standing on the bank of the River Wey in their favourite spot and George got down on one knee and proposed. The rest is history!
After the ceremony and formal photos at the Cathedral, the wedding party moved to George's parents beautiful house in Harpenden, where a marquee had been set up in the back garden and party games awaited! The weather continued to amaze right through into the evening, when following the wedding breakfast, the party really got started.
Amelia's parents led the charge on the dancefloor and were still going for it later that evening when myself and Michael packed up and said our farewells!
